1 double bedroom available for 6 months in a non-smoking house in Heavitree, 3m X 2m, (not including fitted wardrobe 0. 5m x 0. 8m). The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk and bedside table. The room has a LAN cable point.

The rent includes all bills including unlimited wifi, shared use of Kitchen, Bathroom, Lounge and Garden. The parking is permit parking at £30 per year, but there is non-permit parking nearby.

The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a garden with a seating area to rear of the house with access to lane behind, so ideal for storing bikes.

The house is a 5-minute walk from Heavitree shops, pubs and restaurants, 10 minutes walk from RD+E hospital, 15 minutes walk from St Luke's campus and Waitrose. There are good bus and trains links into Exeter and to the airport, and approx 10/15 minutes by car from the city centre.

I am often away at weekends and a few evenings a week, so you may have the house to yourself a lot of the time. Looking for tidy professionals who are respectful to share my home with. No smokers or DSS. Happy to answer any questions or show you around. Lucy
