Spacious room in detached 3 bed house, own entry fully furnished.
Available as of 28/6/15, room consists of double wardrobe, chest of drawers and single bed with another bed underneath for friends or family when visiting during stay.
Full use of all amenities in the home , free wifi, and food to also be included.
The house is situated 2 mins walk from main hospital, 1 min walk to all shops in heavitree, 10 min walk to St Luke's uni, 20 mins walk to town centre and 25 mins walk to sowton. Or 30 seconds to nearest bus stop if you prefer.
Private off road parking for up to 2 cars, use of bike shed, side patio/garden, back patio and garden with main green at the centre of the private estate to relax with better weather.
We are welcoming and friendly, non too serious relaxed atmosphere with in the house, short or long term stays can be arranged, myself and partner both work full time 5 days a week, interestes include baking, film watching, walks, water fights,(good weather only), ghost hunting, relaxing in the evening or sometimes a restaurant meal.
