Good size double bedroom to rent in Exeter in a detached house. Room is single occupancy and includes all bills (except landline calls).

The room has a double bed (we can replace with a single bed if you wish), built in wardrobe, TV aerial point, chest of drawers, Wi-Fi access and overlooks the garden.

There is a well equipped kitchen which you're welcome to use. You also have your own fridge.

You have your own lounge with sofa, satellite TV and DVD player.

Amenities include gas central heating, washing machine, dishwasher and unlimited broadband. The bathroom has a bath and shower.

We're near 3 bus routes - D, H and J. For the R & S routes we're just a 10 minute walk away. We're also a 10 to 15 minute walk from Digby train station. If you're at the University campus it will take you only 20 minutes (3 miles) by bike and 15 minutes by car.

Parking is off road in front of the house.

Suit a responsible professional - lecturer, academic, post graduate and placement student. Monday to Friday considered at a reduced price. Short term lets also considered.
