2 large rooms to rent in newly renovated house
I have just finished a total renovation of my period house in central Exeter, near Southernhay. There is a small courtyard garden and parking available (extra cost, sorry). New kitchen and bathroom fitted.
Two rooms are already let to quiet hard working lodgers. I am looking to let the other two rooms. The first is very large double with a new ensuite the second a good size double. They are completely redecorated, new carpets and new 4 foot double beds and mattresses.
I am looking for clean, neat and tidy hard working long term lodgers with a mature attitude. Although I am not currently living at the house I am very much a hands on landlord who looks after the house and respects his lodgers.
I have not got any pictures as the carpets are not yet all laid and I am still collecting furniture.
If you are interested please give me a call for further details. Thank you.
