Double room, en suite, Mon-Fri only

Furnished en-suite double room (for single occupancy only, Monday to Friday) in house with live-in professional female and friendly Labrador dog.

The room comes fully furnished and has its own TV with FreeSat. There's a double bed, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers under, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. High speed broadband (currently BT Infinity). House is centrally heated. The room comes with its own bath/shower room (with WC). Shared use of kitchen. Separate fridge for your food.

The road is a quiet cul-de-sac, so no through traffic and plenty of on-road parking. Off-road parking may be possible but not guaranteed.

Easy travel to town, country and seaside by car, bike, bus or train. Also to major employers:

- ROYAL DEVON & EXETER (RD&E) HOSPITAL - there is a regular dedicated bus service a 5 minute walk away.
- DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL/COUNTY HALL - again, dedicated bus service a 5 minute walk away.
- MET OFFICE - close by and an easy 15 minute walk away.
- PYNES HILL OFFICE CAMPUS - also close by and also an easy 5-10 minute walk away.
- SKYPARK/SCIENCE PARK/EXETER AIRPORT - easy 5 minute drive.
- SOWTON BUSINESSES - 10-15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car if you are at the far end of the estate
- EXETER BUSINESS PARK - less than 5 minutes drive away, but maybe 20 minutes walk.
- CITY CENTRE BUSINESSES - regular buses from the end of the road or commuter trains from Digby & Sowton (5 mins walk).

The house is only a couple of minutes from J30 of the M5, so good access to A30 too. Easy access to the coast via car, bus or direct train.

If you have a bike, there is a lockable, secure garage where you can store this.

I'm looking for a Monday-Friday lodger, who is clean, tidy, sociable, but respectful of each other's space and likes dogs.

The room is for rent on a monthly basis, but I may consider a shorter term arrangement at a cost of £30.00 per night.

The room is available for £450 pcm including all bills (reasonable usage of utilities, but no landline telephone), payable in advance. You provide your own meals, bedding and towels.

Deposit required of £500, which will be held until your departure, subject to costs for loss/damage/cleaning etc. One month's notice required.

References must be provided.
Deposit and rent to be paid in advance.
Non-smokers only.
Single individuals only - the room is not available for couples.
Mature students may be considered.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are allergic to/scared of (or just don't like) dogs, this room won't suit you.
