I am BamBam. I have a spare room at James Owen Court. It is a student accommodation runs by University of Exeter. The thing is I am moving my apartment to stay with my friends so that I am looking for someone to take over the contract. And that it should be someone with a student card to be able to access the entrance gate. The apartment is just 7-minute walk to city centre and 15-walk to university.
