I'm a 22 year old working professional who is looking for a friendly and outgoing tenant to share my lovely second floor flat.

I've been living with my best friend since October 2014, but she will be moving out in April to go travelling.

As it's quite a cosy two bedroom flat, I am ideally looking for someone who's easy to get along with to fill her space.

I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, cooking and socialising with friends. I have a pretty hectic schedule with work, and am often in Bristol at the weekends visiting my boyfriend.

In my free time I enjoy doing yoga, watching films with a glass of wine and baking (if you like food you're in luck).

| THE FLAT |

The flat is located on a quiet street five minutes from the city centre, local amenities and the Quay. It's also a 10 minute walk to Exeter St Thomas train station - so great for commuters (like myself) to St David's and Central.

We're in a really safe area, with a gated car park and garage facilities.

The room itself is spacious and light and contains a double bed and fitted wardrobe. There is also a TV socket in this room.

The flat comes equipped with furniture already, so you only really need to bring a few kitchen utensils and yourself.

Council tax and Wifi are already included in the price, and any other bills will be extra. There is also a £500 deposit required before moving in.
