I am a 29 year old friendly female looking to rent out a light airy good sized double room in a 4 bed semi detached house.

I am looking for a female who is neat and considerate.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, broadband, fortnightly cleaner (communal areas) and on street parking.

The house is located near Heavitree park and is close to town, hospital and met office.

Rent is £500pm( to be paid in advance )which includes all bills, 1 months notice is required.
