Just a ten minute walk from campus and five from the high street, the house comprises a shared bathroom with shower over bath, large kitchen diner, separate lounge, and back garden with patio.
I am a young live-in landlord, currently studying for a PhD. Room only available to a postgraduate student lodger. £450 a month, all bills included.
