We have a large unfurnished room becoming available from the 1st June. Our house is very central, 10 minute walk from the high street, 2 minutes from St James Park train station.
There are currently 3 others in the house. The house is fairly open plan with a small decking area. Plenty of storage space. We have all regular appliances. The rent, £390, is inclusive of all bills.
We are all around our 30's, and work full time.
We would love someone similar in age, professional, social, active. Someone who will respect the communal areas and who is clean and tidy.
