I'm looking for a likeminded postgraduate student or young professional to share my 2-bed house in Heavitree.
The bedroom has a brand new kingsize bed, built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers, plus plenty of extra storage drawers in the bed.
The house has a good size living room, dining room and kitchen plus a great west facing garden for catching the evening sun, all of which you are welcome to make full use of.
I'm a easy-going guy, work during the week but enjoy getting outdoors when I can. I've recently moved to Exeter and am slowly finding my feet here - ideal housemate would be someone who is interested building a social circle in the area, as well as just somewhere to live!
I'm flexible with 5 or 7 day a week renting too, get in touch if you are interested but have specific requirements.
