Double bedroom available in fun & friendly house

The House

*Professionals only, sadly no students.*

One of the rooms will soon be available in our 6 bedroom house share located in St Leonards, it's an amazing area, a really fun house and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. We're all pretty normal, clean, respectful and fun housemates living in a house with a lot of space to rattle about in but also have your own privacy. The house has many perks and cool extras which i look forward which sharing with you.

There is a real mix of people living here which is really cool, a few of us are into sports like netball, surfing, skating ect.. then others who love their movies and cooking/baking and just lounging around. A group of us also love to surf and go as much as the weather allows us to or go for bike rides to places like Double Locks in the evening. We are all working professionals and are therefore looking for another professional to join us in the house.

Nb. All the rooms are pretty large, but if someone moves out we give first refusal to the smaller rooms to swap and change as they please. It's available any time from 8 February onwards but you are more than welcome to view anytime before.

Also we would like to say that we are clean and tidy and try our best to be considerate of everyone and would really like someone to move in on the same wavelength.

Most importantly its super important that we find the right person for our little group and we'd love to all meet you before anyone agreed to anything.
