Awesome double bedroom available in flat opposite the hour glass pub.

Light and airy with two sash windows overlooking rear courtyard garden, sharing with another guy and girl (don't worry, we're not a couple).

Flat comprises: Kitchen, shower room / WC, huge lounge overlooking the quay with views towards Haldon.

Our existing flatmate is sadly moving to Wales so we are looking for a replacement professional guy or girl.

We are both very active, outdoorsy people, I surf or ride bikes regularly and Fi plays hockey and cycles.

Although it's a flat there is quite a bit of storage space including a loft in the room and space for a bike in the communal hall; its ground floor so easy to get in and out... no stairs to deal with!

Bills are another £106 on top of rent paid monthly into an account. This is subject to review if costs increase / decrease. There is fairly quick wifi and basic Sky TV package as well as landline phone.

Deposit is £347.

Landlord is good at responding to any issues. There is on street permit parking and always a space nearby.

Sorry not available for short term lets, looking for someone on a permanent basis.
