Short Term Furnished Single Rooms

Cosy single rooms in shared non smoking suburban flat.

Minimum fee per stay £225 ie three weeks rent. I move house in January so you need to be gone by then.

There is lots of free on street parking including a lot of vans already here.

The flat is in the conveniently situated suburb of Beacon Heath. We are walking distance from the town centre and an easy drive from Sowton or the Met office. There is a regular bus to the town centre and Marsh Barton. There is no direct link to the university.

The room currently furnished with pine bed and bedside cabinet, metal hanging rail for clothing, a bent wood chair and a small desk.

There is a kitchen with a table and a bath room with bath and shower which you are welcome to use any time. You will get a kitchen wall cupboard, half a fridge and a drawer in the freezer. There is a washer/drier and a washing line.

I can provide crockery, pans etc and bedding and towels. You will be resposible for all your own cooking, cleaning and laundry.

Occasional friends in the kitchen for coffee are welcome but late night partys are not.

I am aminable to over night visits from partners by prior arrangement eg a visit from the wife at the weekend if you are working away from home. The room is too small to share for any length of time.

You are welcome to sit in the garden in the right weather or I suppose the wrong weather if it suits you. I've just build a shed and am starting to plan the garden, it's a bit wild at the moment. We have a rabbit.

Around the corner from us there are garages which belong to the city council, these could be rented by separate contract if extra storage space would be useful.

I only deal directly with the person who will be staying here. If you are a shoddy employer paying your staff so little that they can't afford to choose their own accomodation don't bother contacting me.
