We are currently looking to find a housemate for our shared house in Heavitree. The house is a five bed terrace with the large available room on the first floor.
The large room come with a double bed plus spacious fitted wardrobes and cupboards. The house has a recently refurbished kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), a shower room, and a living room. The house also benefits from a cosy rear patio garden.
The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac off Mont Le Grand in Heavitree, close to the RD&E hospital and St Lukes. It is a 5 minute walk from shops and bus stops and a 20 minute walk into Exeter city centre.
The rent is £145 per week which includes all bills. An on-street parking permit is also available.
We are a friendly shared house and are looking for a friendly, tidy, fairly quiet and considerate professional housemate to join us.
