We are a friendly professional gay couple with VERY friendly cat. We are looking for a professional/student/postgradu ate of a similar age to share our home. Ideal for someone easy going and sociable and who wouldn't mind feeding the cat on the occasional weekend when we're away!

3 storey, 3 bedroom Victorian end terrace on a quiet St Thomas street. Kitchen, dining room, lounge, small garden. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer and washer dryer. Bathroom with power shower and separate bath. Comfy lounge with large plasma TV and Tivo. 50mbps wi-fi throughout. On street parking with £30/year permit otherwise non-permit parking nearby.
Minutes from M&S Foodhall, Aldi, Co-op, leisure centre, bus stops, train station, takeaways, banks. 5 minute walk to quay, 15 min walk to city centre, 30 min walk to either campus/hospital with the A bus departing from St Thomas precinct and stopping right outside St Luke's and the B stopping at the Met Office.
