Short term let. 3 weeks to 3 months
Hello.
I have beautiful, large, well furnished room close to all amenities. The location is very close to the hospital and a 20 minute walk into town. There is also a bus stop opposite with buses going every 6 minutes and a space for parking.
I am 50 and I live here with a 20 year old professional girl who is here part time. I also have a friendly non smelly greyhound who generally sleeps 20 hours a day. I work from home (a craft business in my garage).
The room would be suitable for someone who just requires a home for around 3 weeks to 3 months. I am open to reducing the price for a 5 night per week stay.
Smoking is fine but outdoors only please.
