Seeking a professional, mature tenant to house share within a three bedroom city centre property.

Unfurnished double bedroom available on Monks Road, Exeter. The room is available on a 6 month initial contract with the existing tenants.

The property is in good decorative order, the current tenants have furnished communal areas with soft furnishings and appliances (including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer).

The property is a spacious Victorian mid-terrace, with rear access and gravel garden area, spacious kitchen, separate utility room, two reception rooms and bathroom on the first floor.

We would like to hear from quiet, tidy, respectful applicants with a professional background but sociable outlook! The current tenants both work at the University.

The rent is a share of £860PCM to be agreed between tenants (the current split is £300 for the larger occupied room, and £280 for the two other rooms).

The rent excludes utility bills however these are settled between the tenants, including internet/TV, gas/electricity, water, council tax, and a fortnightly cleaner.

You would be sharing with Pete, a University staff member, and Gina, a postgraduate at the University.
