Double furnished room in Digby, Exeter
Double room available in quiet shared house. Sharing with two others: (cafe manager and teacher). Modern, clean and tidy with garden. (Happy for you to have a patch to garden). Only a few minutes drive onto the M5. Trainline to Exeter and Exmouth is within walking distance with half hourly trains all day.
I usually let the room to students on short term placements but am happy for someone to stay for up to a year (likely that I'll be moving after that, hence can't promise more than a year.)
You'd share the bathroom with just one other as other lodger has her own ensuite. I do have two children (age 9 &10) who stay half the evenings and school hols so house fluctuates between family home and retreat.
Pics have different furniture now (and double room now has a double bed) but they give you an idea.
Rent inclusive of all bills and super fast bb.
