Looking for a second or third student at the University of Exeter to live in this wonderful, spacious house with myself (I am the landlady who is also a student at the university) and one other student (who is already present). Looking for tenants for next academic year (September 2017-June 2018) only.

The rooms offered are large and open-plan with a built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, double bed, lamp and bed-side table all included.

A bathroom will be shared by two of you, and access to the kitchen (newly fitted with microwave, gas hob cooker, fan over and fridge-freezer), washing machine in the utility room, sitting area and garden are all included. This property is relatively new with an efficient boiler, insurance and wi-fi.

Access to the university may be done through a short 20 minute bike ride or via the F2 bus to the start of union road.
