Light bright room in town centre

I have been renting out my spare room for the last few years. Sadly my current lodger is moving back to Manchester due to a new job mid July.
I am looking for someone who is fairly quiet, tidy and thoughtful.
The room is a double with bed, wardrobe and drawers. The house is modern and always kept tidied so would appreciate the living areas to be kept that way- your room, your place.
I do have a cat and a teenage son- both of which are house trained!!!
The house is two minute walk into town, bus and train stops are also within minutes, the seafront five minutes walk.
