The room is fully furnished and there is access to kitchen, bathroom, lounge and a small balcony.
Flat has gas c/h, fully double glazed and has WiFi broadband internet.
All bills are included in the rent.
Initially I would like to agree on a 6 month contract with the option to extend after that if we both wish to.
