Room to Let in Family Home

We have a room to rent in our shared home, the room is a Double Room (single occupancy only) which is newly refurbished and is furnished with large Double Bed, good size Wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Next door is a Bathroom with Bath, Shower Attachment and WC. This is shared with one other.

We include all Bills such as Water, Gas, Electric, Broadband (limited to 2 devices).

Use of Kitchen with Dishwasher/Cooker/Some small shelf space and small fridge/freezer space.

Reasonable use of Washing Machine for personal use available.

We are a clean and tidy household, we expect the same.

We are looking for someone professional (not self employed, working from home or part time). We do not allow the address to be used for business purposes.

Willing to offer for £80 per week if living elsewhere or not staying weekends etc if working/living elsewhere.

Ideal location for local transport.
Bus stop outside buses every 15 minutes reaches Exeter in 45 minutes.

Train Station 5 min Car or 20 min walk - frequent trains to Exeter.

Close to local amenities, shops, pubs, takeaways. Major supermarket within 20 minutes walk.

As a family household with live in landlord we do not allow guests after 10pm or unaccompanied during day times.

We do not allow sub letting.

Rent is due on time as agreed we do not allow deposits to be used as rent.
