House mate needed for gorgeous flat!

2 bedroom stunning modern flat in central location in Exmouth with lovely views!

Reasonable sized double bedroom with stairs down into room, so on a separate level. Modern kitchen and bathroom, with shower and bath and huge living space which is already furnished although if someone wants to add to furniture that's fine.
On street parking available along road to side of house & roads next to it.
As I have an en-suite the main bathroom will be yours to use mainly, unless guests are round.

I do have a super friendly indoor cat, who sleeps in my room. So no-one with cat allergies please!

During the week, I work full time 9-5 so prefer to chill, watch tv and cook meals etc. At weekends I enjoy going out with my friends and occasionally have them over for meals. I am sociable but also like my own space so no worries of me being in your face 24/7!
I'm looking for a house mate who is a young professional, easy to live with and used to doing their fair share of cleaning etc and someone who I can spend time with from time to time. I make mean fajitas and love a good film!

£320 rent not including bills, so works out at approx £475 per month. Deposit will need to be paid to the rental agency also.
