I am moving away for a new job but am keeping my property on in Exton until June, I am looking for a 'non party animal' to move into my spare room for that time.
The house is lovely with huge gardens (looked after so no extra work!) open fire, shared lounge, fully fitted kitchen, washer dryer, everything you could really need comes with this place :) on a great bus route into Exeter and Exmouth, they run every 10 minutes and the stop is 2 minutes from the front door :) train station is also only 5 minute walk away!
I can be flexible on the moving date too, and a small amount on the rent r=for the right person.
