There is plenty of on street parking, with the house 50 metres from a Bus stop on the main Exwick Bus route, 20-25minute walk from the city centre with local amenities (Tesco's etc.) within a 10minute walk, 2minute drive. Sowton is only a 10 minute drive around the city when clear of traffic.

To get to Exeter University, Streatham Campus, it takes 35 minutes to walk and 20 minutes to cycle.
There is also a bus route that takes 45 minutes.
