Lovely Double room available, in a 3 floor house at the top end of Exwick, Exeter.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. There are nice views from your room to the rear of the house over the lovely patio/decked garden (great for bbq's in the summer) and beyond over the city.
Share house with one friendly female single professional live in landlady, who works hard all week and enjoys letting off steam at the weekends! And a female student who is there until mid January.

This property would be suitable for someone who is self sufficient, as, although I would be around for the odd movie night or glass of wine, I lead a pretty hectic life so it wouldn't be suitable for someone who was hoping to be shown around etc. Hope that doesn't sound too rude!

The bathroom on the top floor is newly refurbished. Spacious lounge diner on ground floor with patio doors opening onto the rear garden.
Fully equipped kitchen on the middle floor, including washing machine, microwave (tumble drier is located in the shed!)
Bus stop nearby and St Davids station is a pleasant 15 min stroll away as is the river with nice walks/cycle rides to the many pubs on the quay! The university is also nearby. Parking is available outside the house in a private car park.

The house has sky TV and unlimited broadband.

Move in date is negotiable.
