Hi , we have a lovely house with a double room to rent in the village of dunchideock near IDE exeter.
The house is large and has a huge garden which is maintained and the house also has all the mod cons including high speed broadband.
Perfect quiet and scenery if that's the sort of thing you like with plenty of space and a relaxed household.
Currently the house is occupied by my wife and daughter while I am away working. My daughter is 21 and at uni and my wife is in her early forties.
All we want is a nice person to share our house who pays the rent on time and won't destroy our house.
