My peaceful, spacious and friendly house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a large sunny enclosed garden.
My partner and I have enjoyed sharing our house over the last four years with various people (both English and other nationalities - male and female – short and long-term).
As one of my two lodgers is about to leave, I will have a large, pleasant, furnished room, available for 1 person only, from mid September. The room has plenty of storage space.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and the bathroom. Downstairs there is a lounge-dining room; kitchen-breakfast room and an additional toilet. The large back garden is enclosed and sunny with patio and grassed areas. All the downstairs areas and the bathroom are shared spaces.
The house is within easy walking distance of the town centre of Ivybridge and community college. Ivybridge has a main line train station which is a five minute walk away. Access to Plymouth is easy by road, bus and train (20 minutes by road and 30 minutes by bus). Exeter is 45 minutes away and Totnes 20 minutes.
