The room comes fully furnished, newly decorated and carpeted, with privacy blind and black out curtains and has a lock on the door.

The house is a short, 5-10 minute walk from the town area of Newton Abbot and is close to the train station and Aldi. Parking is available on the road, local permit required.

We are looking for a quiet, easy going, considerate housemate who must also be clean, tidy and trustworthy.

We are a quiet, calm young couple and have our own bathroom and bedroom on a separate floor.

In the kitchen and utility there is a double oven, two fridges and a freezer to share so there are plenty of kitchen facilities for us all. The communal space includes kitchen, utility, living room, dining room, a sunny summer room and a small, private back garden.
