House Share in Pinhoe

Hello, My house mate has just got married and moved out so looking for some one else to share a nice terraced house in a quiet part of Pinhoe. Great location for the MET office and Digby & Sowton. Its a private road so good parking and its around the corner from the train station, 4 minutes in to the town centre. Also has 2 bus routes going past.

I am a 9-5 worker in a office environment thats easy going. The house is central heated. Have all the mod cons, Sky, internet, Blue ray and insist that although I am the owner that we treat the house as we both own it. I do have two little cats but they are out most of the time and the are very friendly and well trained.

As you can see the bills are all in as prefer to offer a good rental package to get the best chance to find a good house mate that will enjoy living in the house and looks after it like there own.

I have had both male and female house mates in the past and happy with either.
