I have a large furnished double room available from 12/04/19 in a clean, friendly shared house. They include all bills and high speed wireless broadband internet connection.

The room includes a double bed, bedside cabinet, mattress, wardrobe, mirror, TV stand, chair and chest of drawers. A desk can be provided if required. The room is on the first floor at the front of the house. The room is for £325 per month. No deposit required, just pay 2 months (the first and last months rent) on signing the Agreement.

It is in a clean modernised house with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, gas boiler, fully double glazed and communal lounge with 32" flat screen TV. The room is large, bright and furnished. It has a high speed cable wireless internet connection. There is a large lockable shed for storage.

The house currently has 3 males who are all working professionals (Web Designer, Chef, Bicycle Wholesalers Manager). There is plenty of un-restricted on street parking available and it is a short walk into town or to Mutley.

The rooms are available from 12/04/18 for a minimum stay of 3 months or longer. There is a £25 reference/credit check fee.

I am looking for quiet, clean and tidy, friendly professionals or students.
