The photos can't show how great this place is - I'm not good in taking pics... - so you have to come and see it. :-)

There's plenty of space to socialise and to live in 2 communal rooms, 1 big kitchen and a courtyard garden. This place is ideal if you have loads of stuff - the house is full of storage places and there's a shared box room. The room is unfurnished but we can furnish it on request for no extra charge.

Utilities, council tax, TV license, wifi broadband and Virgin media are all included in the rent.

We have a nice little community of flatmates they're all professionals and fun to live with. :-)

However there's plenty of space we can not accept couples - sorry.

We always consider the tenants needs so if you have any question (even crazy ones) just drop me an email / txt.
