It's the largest room in the house and very spacious. It is fully furnished with a pine double bed and memory foam mattress, wardrobe and drawers.

Address is 78 Wilton Street, Plymouth PL1 5LU. The rent includes most bills, including TV licence, water rates, council tax and broadband, the only additional outlay is electric & gas on a key (£15 per month for each). The deposit is only £150.

The house has got a communal lounge with satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and numerous fridge freezers, plus plenty of private cupboard space.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, shower and toilet, the other with just a shower and toilet. The entire house is double glazed and has full gas central heating with a brand new energy efficient boiler. There are no parking restrictions on the road, so plenty of free parking. Wifi is included for free and is 200MB/s super fast fibre-optic.

Twice a month the communal areas (lounge, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen) are cleaned by a professional cleaning company - this is included in the price of the rent.

The house is walking distance to town (5 mins), the university (10 mins) and Mutley (15 mins).

Please note, I never rent to undergraduate students or couples. I only rent to working professionals or mature students. I do not live at the property. Large pets (e. g. dogs and cats) are not permitted, although smaller pets may be allowed, at landlord's discretion. I do not rent to anyone under 23, but there is no upper age limit.
