I am currently looking for a housemate to rent my spare room. The house contains a large kitchen/dinning area with clean modern facilities. The living room is large and homely (good to relax after a hard days work), including a TV. The bathroom is recently redecorated houses a good shower and bath, with a spare shower room downstairs. There is free parking available all around and is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre.
We are all friendly people who enjoy a tidy and happy house.
The ideal housemate would be clean, reliable and respectful.
