Been renting rooms for over 10 years. This is a quiet space as the house is predominately for the three ladies living in house. (Single occupancy) , Although visitors are welcome. And when inviting friends to meal or stay over, just leave message on board. The space just needs to be managed to suit all living here, and that it is predominantly their space, and meeting up with friends can be done outside this space amap .
have my kids visiting me mainly in summer for roughly two weeks. It seems silly not to rent rooms out just because of that, as long as lodgers are happy with that.
Am happy to rent out short term, though.

Plenty of larder and fridge storage space , with several fridges and a freezer, washing machine + Dishwasher . Fully equipped kitchen.
Large Double room available in very friendly, clean and quiet household . It is large/airy bright house with a tranquil atmosphere.
This household is suitable for those who need a quite clean/organised space after work to feel at home in.
Present occupants are mature professional women. (In 30s + 60). Hence we are looking for another similar lodger .
