Good sized Victorian clean and professional, 3 bed house, near city centre of Plymouth in st Jude's, close to Mount Gould hospital, the room is a small/medium sized double room with wooden floors. The house has two bathrooms one has a shower and bath. I am a chilled live in landlord and am a clean and tidy professional working in social care who keeps on top of house maintenance. There is a small friendly dog. The house is not far from the train station, university, mount Gould hospital and there is on road free parking. You would be only sharing with two other people so max of 3. Room available from May. Would consider short term and Monday -friday too
