1 x double room to let 2 bed house. (In room - Bed and mattress, Wardrobe, Chest of drawers and bedside cabinets).

House:
Open plan ground floor with large TV, big comfy sofa and dining room / area.
Kitchen with Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Decent sized south facing garden (decked).
Very friendly dog also currently in residence.

Area:
10 minute drive to A38 (traffic dependant).
20 - 30 minute walk to Barbican and City Centre, about the same to Plymstock (Morrisons anyway).
10 Minutes to Barbican Lesiure Park (Cinema, Restaurants, Thistle Park Tavern etc.)
Generally quiet, with on street parking (normally no issue finding a space).

Arrangements:
Either weekly or monthly rent.
Deposit to be discussed.
Bills (Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband (wi-fi), Council Tax) included (subject to fair use).
Temporary or more permanent arrangements would be considered.

Other person:
Generally laid back, easy going, liking music, food, occasional socialising etc.
Needs to respect that it is a working house, so preferably 25+ worker or mature/post-grad student.

Unfortunately bad experience means I won't be accepting DSS / Benefits.
