Furnished kingsize double room to let in St Judes

I have a fully furnished large double room to let in my house. Its nicely decorated and the room has a bright airy feel to it. The size of the room is 5m 20cm x 4m 46cm into the bay window. The furniture is clean and tidy and includes, bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, coffee table, armchair and a tv/dvd player. It can also be let unfurnished. There is free broadband in the house. There is a shared bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and everything works as it should. Im located in St Judes and within a 10 to 15 min walk from the centre of town, although there is a bus stop 30 seconds walk away! Also close to shops and other amenities. I'm looking to rent the room to a mature quiet person either a student or professional. I also accept Mon to Fri let's.
