Furnished Double room in friendly working house. Easygoing, laid-back current tenants.

Available from 4th July 2019 in a friendly shared house with all bills included in the rent. It is a shared house with working people in St Judes area near city centre.

The double room is on the ground floor at the rear of the house. It has a double bed and mattress, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers.

The rent is £275 per month fully inclusive of bills. No deposit required, just pay 2 months (the first and last months rent) on signing the Agreement.

Heating is via gas central heating radiators.

The house is a large terraced house which has been equipped with furniture and other furnishings to compliment the house.

There is a lounge complete with sofas and Virgin TV and Wifi Broadband. The Kitchen is spacious and equipped with boiler, large gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezers.

All bills are included (electric, gas, cable TV, Internet, council tax, water rates, main tv license etc.) I am looking for a working professional person or mature and quiet student. They must be considerate to the other tenants.

No deposit required, just pay 2 months (the first and last months rent so £550 total) on signing the Agreement. and preferred minimum contract length is 3 months. No DSS, children or pets I am afraid.
