The house has 4 bedrooms, bathroom with large shower, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, cloakroom, lounge and court yard. The entire house has just been decorated. The rent is £85 per week for the double room and £70 per week for the single room. A cleaner is included as are all bills. The rooms would suit a working male or female. I am sorry no DSS or pets.
