I have a beautiful, spacious, sunny double room to let in my 2 bed flat which is located in Mount Wise, Plymouth (1 minute from the park and sea front with views across to Cornwall + Royal William's Yard).

All bills are included in the rent, including very fast broadband.

The flat occupies the top two floors of a Georgian terrace house and has a lovely open but homely feel. Would suit somebody who wants to live in a quieter part of the city, near the sea - but only 5 minutes walk from a bus stop that has regular buses into town. Street parking is available (no permit required).

Although I'm a live-in landlady at the moment I'm not territorial about the flat, and would like to find somebody who I can get on well with to share the space (preferably with a guitar as I just broke mine!).

There is a large shared garden, kitchen with a huge bay window (which has beautiful light in the morning for breakfast), bathroom, separate large living room - loads of space for just 2 people.

The bedroom itself has wooden floors, a king sized bed, chest of drawers and large canvas wardrobe. It gets the afternoon/ evening sun.
