Seeking professional female to join our happy home

Hello,
My name is Lorna and I share a 3 bedroom split level flat in the very popular area of Mannamead. My two housemates and I have lived here happily since Jan 2011 but we are looking for someone to rent one of the rooms from next month as our housemate is moving abroad to live.
The room: Good sized double will be available unfurnished although some furniture may be available.
Flat: Very spacious, front door opens up into open plan living room, leads into kitchen/diner and a guest toilet.
Ground floor: three good sized doubles with two further toilets and bathrooms (1 room is ensuite).

This is a working professional house so we tend to take it easy during week nights but enjoy socialising at the weekends. Our hobbies include sailing/running/badminton.
We have an adorable cat called Cullen (did I mention we are twilight fanatics?).

Ideally we would like a working professional female to join our happy home from next month. Short stays welcome.
