This great room is the largest in a house that was totally refurbished to a high standard

Throughout there is a feeling of light and space, with everyone commenting that is really feels like home.

I am looking for a considerate, clean, responsible and preferably male housemate, with a friendly outgoing personality; who will enjoy the house and maintain the happy living environment that has been created.

This is a totally professional house but I might consider a post grad student.

Furnished with a double divan bed, two wardrobes, two 2 drawer bedside tables and a 3 drawer chest; it provides ample storage, as well as a comfy sofa to relax on.

All rooms have lockable doors for privacy and security, an entryphone system and TV point for Freeview in addition to the full Sky service package downstairs. There is also a fully wired fire alarm system.

There is a shared kitchen/sitting room with oak floor, underfloor heating, two bay windows and french doors opening onto the garden. Very well equipped and with ample storage; two ovens, large hob, dishwasher and large larder size fridge and separate freezer.

The sitting area has two sofas and a 42 inch LCD with Sky HD and Sky Sports + unlimited 40Mb Sky fibre Broadband
