The house is in Honicknowle, (at the northern end of Plymouthby the A38 Parkway). References will be required please. (No DSS applicants will be accepted). Deposit required of 1 months rent, plus rent
payable monthly in advance. Non smoker only. No pets.
You will initially be sharing with just us (friendly couple).
The bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawer unit as well as a large flatscreen Samsung TV. The digital freeview reception is very good. There is cabling for a SKY+ box if you have one. Bedding and towels are provided, but you would be responsible for the laundry of them,.
You will share use of the bathroom with decent shower, kitchen, living room and garden.
Kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The garden is south facing. Broadband is also available. Parking is available on the street outside the house.
