The View From The Balcony

I have a small double non smoking room available to rent for £440 a month, this includes all bills (water, tv licence, broadband, gas and electric). On the balcony you can view across the river into Cornwall. The flat is situated close to the Torpoint ferry and less than 10 minutes from Plymouth city centre by car or public transport. There is parking available and the flat is situated close to a good bus network, Devonport park and within 5 minutes walking distance from the naval base.
The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. I am looking for a tenant who is clean and tidy. I work full time in the city centre and have been letting out my room for the past 5 years so I'm use to living with different people. I also have a friendly 2 year old cat called Mario and a kitten called Marley. Me and my partner are easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour. The room is available from March 2023.
