Double Room in Shared House

Double room to let in attractive, well-kept Victorian house on quiet street, with parking. Very near beautiful park with tennis courts. 15 minutes walk from city centre and university.

Bedroom to let is newly decorated, has double bed with new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and fitted shelves, small desk available if needed.

We are outgoing, friendly and considerate and like a clean and tidy environment. We both have really busy lifestyles but would love to have a sociable clean and friendly person to share the house with us, preferably a professional or a medical/post grad student. We work long hours /study full time and love exercise, cooking, movies and sports.

The house has beautiful architectural features as well as a pleasant sunny courtyard and cellar with washing machine, tumble drier and secure storage for bikes, surfboards etc. the kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. There are two large living areas - separate comfortable sitting room and dining room with plenty of space. All bills are included.
