This household is suitable for those who are looking for a quiet space to feel at home in after work and like to keep communal areas clean, tidy and organised. It is a light and spacious house which provides a good sense of privacy.

Present occupants are professional women ~35 - 50+. Hence we are looking for another similar lodger.

There is a communal dining area, plenty of fridge and larder space and a pretty court yard. (where a second toilet is located). . storage space available

The house is set in a Tree lined Avenue near Beaumont park and 10 min walk to city centre, University, Mutley, and water front. 20 min walk to station. ST Judes is a very popular central but quiet location.

I have a cleaning rota and a household kitty
I have been renting for 8/9 years and have found the organisation works really well.

Smoking is only permitted outside

One of my lodgers wants to keep to female lodgers. Also we are looking for single occupansies. So household is comf portable with just the people who are residence. Obviously you can have friends round or dinner parties ,but needed to be prewarnded... Having said that, as this this my former family home. You have to be comfortable about having my family visit once/twice a year for a year odd.
