Friendly couple, looking for house mates to share our beautiful home . My Husband and I purchased a four bedroom new build four years ago. We enjoy the simple things in life and our previous lodgers would agree that we are a relaxed and respectful couple. We have no preferences of a house mate, except that you are friendly and clean.

The room will be available from the start of October 2015.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT, with Fibre Optic unlimited broadband.

It is a professional working house but we are happy to take on a mature working student and couples.

Location:

We are located on the new Redrow Vision build in Devonport, which is located 5 minutes from town, 2 minutes from the Torpoint ferry and 10 minutes from A38. There are usually plenty of free parking spaces available on the street.

Property Layout:

The property is a mid-terraced four bedroom new build house split over 3 floors and Includes 3 double bedrooms, 1 single room and an office.

Room Information:

The room available is on the second floor next to the bathroom. It is very spacious and comprises of a double bed with bedding, draws, bedside unit, wardrobe and office desk with plenty of space for your personal belongings. The rest of the house apart from the other bedrooms are to share. Such as the lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, a small garden and fair sized communal garden at the front.

Additional information:

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for the house in the utility room, including storage in the alarmed shed if required.

Rent adjustment for couples to be discussed on a one to one basis.

The very last point that prospective lodgers must be aware of is that we are clean and tidy people and we like to live with people that are also clean and respectful. We all help out around the house chipping in with the chores. If you do not share these values, then please don't apply.
