Peverell is a good (not rowdy, not studenty) residential area. But it's a 15 minutes walk to Mutley Plain, which has a lively nightlife and a wide range of shops, banks, etc. There's also a bus stop nearby and it takes about 10 minutes on the bus to the city centre. It's a very handy location for access to Central Park & its facilities, the City Centre, Derriford Hospital & Business Parks, and close to the main A38 Devon Expressway route.

Parking is on the street, no restrictions, no permits.
